When Pete initially approached me about doing a music video for our potty humor joke group, “Double Flush Floater”, I immediately wanted nothing to do with it. Not only did I fear for my reputation as an artist, but also my position at my 9 – 5. I mean, people have gotten fired for MySpace comments so it didn’t seem that crazy to me to get fired for doing a video for Spermicide. Spermicide was the first Double Flush Floater song. I was jamming out on the keyboard one day when Pete came running out and said “That one! Let’s write a song to that one!” The rest as they say is history.

HOLY CRAP!!!” is about the only phrase I was able to muster after reading the first chapter of Drift. So far, this story is beautifully written, and vastly entertaining. I’d rather not summarize it because I don’t want to give too much of it away. Just know that it’s post-apocolyptic NYC and it’s awesome! Go read it, right now!!!

Long Lost Fro Magnum Man Song

I was pulling apart an old computer the other day and tore out a hard drive that I haven’t used in quite some time. I wasn’t sure it had anything useful on it, so I stuck it into a computer built from spare parts… FrankenComp. To my surprise, the hard drive contained a song that I had recorded a few years ago, but forgot all about. It was cool to hear it again. I figured since it never really got heard, I’d shoot it up into the cloud and share it with the web. Let me know if you like it. I’m not sure if I’ll sneak it onto an album one of these days, or if it will forever just be by itself… Alone, on an old scsi hard drive.
